thinking on buying the k1 plus dvb t2 version . has anyone ordered that ?
digital tuner aspect is very appealing .
almost the perfect box only for the fact it doesn't support Bluetooth .
also if anyone is interested has the K1 plus (minus dvb) for 31 euro which is pretty impressive basically half price.

Please check Cpu tem via Cpu-z app, just to compare it with my box.
When you said thet DTV is rock solid you mean for T2 or S2 part?
For me T2 is rock solid ,but S2 have some problems like black screen from time to time or cccamd freezing.
Did you test how cccamd works?

    Thanks!
You have the latest KI plus S905+T2+S2?

If you have it,send me your firmware version.
Check cpu temp via Cpu-Z app.
When you start the box,not use Kodi, just use youtube or some other app, just to see if system will crash.I think there is no problem with Kodi ,but problem with system stability.

You can wait for the RK3229 devices to come out. Will come out in the next 1-2 months.
They will support all the latest codecs like VP9 for 4K Youtube decoding, 10-bit X264/X265 and over 200mbps bitrate playback for videos.
They will be the cheapest option for around $50-70.
At the moment the only decent Android boxes cost between $100-$150.

Could You recommend a device with same specs, for 42$ and good support??
    Thank You in advance!

-Kodi has some forceclose, but only if im browsing the movies.
I also found the 20151204 software, but nobody confirmed if it's new or 20151123 version.
    Did anyone tried this update?

Follow instructions mentioned and you will have root.

If not try the Minix root method

    Boot from SD card,
My unit would not boot from card, could see files many formats did not resolve problem

As it could not find the recovery to get signature for ezroot.zip it failed
Finally I did boot from a SD card in USB card reader, I could then load from EXT from with in loader
    Messy but worked.
    Cheers
I too just rooted my K1 Plus, with Ez root zip had to do your messy method to get root, with the whole Usb SdCard reader. But hey it worked... Thank you foe sharing your method....
