Hmmm??question does this device do the job??for its price..2.4ghz wifi.

Yes a lot of these 1/8 2.4ghz only devices about now there maybe a place for them
Have to wait till the Freaktabians start testing and posting.

Needs to be 2/8 Minimum or 2/16, AC Wifi,
Most of these 1/8 seem to create bottle necks.

@ threbor 1/8 is more than enough for media center, look out for my video and break down of what it looks like inside, I have 2 varieties from 2 different manufactures.

Yep 1/8 is enough as is 512k/4 for a media player, most I think look as other uses and can fill up and bottle neck a little.
Oh and the Price for a little more Ram, AC WIFI is not a lot more in real terms. just a marketing ploy, me thinks.
Look forward to Videos and tear down of the box, I had seen your rumblings about the S905 dont keep everybody waiting .
Your impressions may make or break this or any s905 .

I just noticed that the "K" is made from a strip of film and a director's clapboard. Its impact on performance is not known to me.

There are two versions of this box, an S805(available now) and an S905(forthcoming). One of the GBs shows both, the S905 model is in presale.
About AMLogic releasing the S905, JustMe has received both versions of this box, so they must have released it.

I just read the CNXSoft review that stated a USB Bluetooth dongle will not work and the pic of the settings menu doesn't show a Bluetooth support icon. However, here is a video of the KI Plus from YouTube. I notice at 2:00 minutes into the video there is a Bluetooth icon displayed in settings. Before I read the CNXSoft review I ordered two based on the video because I assumed that while the box doesn't have a Bluetooth radio, it could support Bluetooth and I would be able to use my ipazzport KP-810-16BAR Bluetooth remotes with their USB Bluetooth dongles. I guess I'll have to wait until they arrive to find out if the video is based on a box with newer firmware than CNXSoft tested or if they pulled Bluetooth support in a later firmware rev.
