Some days ago, a customer buy the Roofull MRX TV Box from our Amazon store, but he want to backup the kodi addons data rapidly instead of using xbmcbackup tool inside kodi.
So we post a better method to backup the Kodi data by ES file explorer tool
1. Install the ES file explorer apk in Android TV Box (Download ES file explorer here: http://www.estrongs.com/)
2. Insert the USB disk in TV Box USB port, and recommend that use cable mouse.
3. Find the ES file browser tool -- home -- Android -- data -- org.xbmc.kodi
4. Using the mouse to select the org.xbmc.kodi file, keep press the left button until the org.xbmc.kodi file is selected.
5. On the left bottom, you can find the "COPY", click it.
6. Then at the left of ES file browser, you can find your USB disk, select it, then click the "PASTE" at the bottom.
7. Now please wait until the copy process done.
NOTE: the restore process is just opposite.
