Hulu unable to load commercial at 2nd commercial break.

I have the most infuriating issue with Hulu app. I have tried the following to resolve the issue, Factory reset the box, installed older version of Hulu App, wifi/ethernet on different router but none of the resolve the issue.
When i pay a new show on Hulu, the first commercial will play, then first 10 mins of a show, then 2nd commercial will attempt to load but fail. I can only watch first 10 mins of each show right now. I have attache a picture of the error message. I also contacted Hulu support but no luck.

Even I had the same trouble but instead of a 2nd ad, any random ad would stop my streaming. I contacted Hulu support and they advise me to create a new account and moved my data and plan info to the new account. Now everything is working fine with almost all channels streaming flawlessly.
