Can't find the ESN of my Mecool M8S Pro Plus

I am trying to install Netflix on Kodi and I get the error Widevine CryptoSession GetKeyRequest failed!

I cannot verify the ESN code auto-generated by Kodi as I am no able to display my ESN when I go in Setup/about(Android not Kodi). The Netflix ESN entry is simply not there.

Is there a way to display the ESN on my Pro Plus?

In the Setup/about/Status, there is an entry named Serial Number. It starts with a D..... and it's 12 Hex digits long. I have tried it in Kodi and it failed with the same error.

BTW, I am just trying to install Netflix on my unit. I tried few apk but they all failed. Now I am trying with Kodi. If you have another solution, I am all ears....
