Well than you most likely don't have a rip-off box and not an official Tanix one....what processor you have?

So your box is most likely a cheap rip-off of a TX5 box, take that firmware or go for nexbox as long you haven't bricked it!

TX5 is mostly incompatible with other boxes as long the chip matches, double check that memory is similar NAND and eMMC is not necessarily the same
