Need help to root mxq pro 4k s905x android 7.12

Hi all,
i just flashed my mxq pro 4k s905x to android 7.12
With atv firmware from minixfreak.
Looks great.. only my reset in av port cannot work anymore.
i cannot access the recovery bootloader.
then remote not working well.

so i need to root to replace the remote.cfg file.
I have tried kingroot kongoroot and not worked at all.

anyone have ever rooted mxq pro 4k?

or better i flash it again with the Poison version with rooted one.
Which firmware i should use? the link are already dead..

Get Ricky AML 4.0.0 tools and unpack, then change the remote cfg file, repack and flash
