Seems my USB cable was screwy but then again it was an old spliced job from years ago. Turns out it just needed a bit of solder and I flashed just fine now. I like the Freaktab boot logo. Thanks.

Hello guys,

today i bring you a rom for the Probox 2 Air. This rom is quite different the the stock rom because of that it's first install method it's only possible using the Amlogic USB Flash Tool.



What's inside

• Changed system partition size from 2GB to 1GB. This will give you one 1GB more in Data or Internal SDcard, i really don't seem why they did this.
• Properly rooted with SuperSU, no strange binaries involved. The root method is a slightly modified systemless root, i placed SuperSU.apk and su.img inside the system. I did this so that on a factory reset you won't lose root
• init.d support
• Updated Gapps inside
• I didn't touch the launchers, they aren't all bad. Might mod them in a future release
• included some apps as user. Passthrough Fix app that i kanged from prahjister. Also kanged librmtp.so from superceleron for the kodi inside
• Used only one device tree file.
• Multi Window. Enable it in developer options, Drawing tab.
• Fix Enter key on keyboards
• ....

Install Method

• Download the zip and extract it
• Open the USB Flash tool, and select the image and press START. Connect a USB male to male only to your PC
• Power Off your PB2Air, remove power cord also.
• Press and hold the reset pin in the bottom and plug the USB cable.
• The tool will show a connect successful message and start the flashing.
