Yes it works perfectly according to a post on xda. Just waiting now for atvXperience to be released, then I will flash this firmware and then that rom.

as the one who used their x96 as a tester, yes the tx7 firmware works perfectly on the x96 (p212)!

i used ths tx7 firmware - HQYG-TX7-nikodi-20180104.img (if anyone has a newer version then lmk and ill give it a shot)

everything works perfectly after install, even the stock remote works again lol

Display working with tx7 firmware you mean? Of course it does
