If you need a USB Male to Male cable and don´t wanna buy one, simple get 2 old usb cables or 2 old mouse cabes, cut then and reatach wire by wire with the same colour.
There are only 4 wires and in some cases a insulation that can be ignored. It´s a 15 minutes job.
