OK. I think I have new information about your box and what might be happening. Please try the following:
1. Download this firmware https://mega.nz/file/VCZ3FKbI#Op6KXE...vFBunQ3YcqM7k0
2. Use the "short pin" method
3. First try with the micro usb cable and if this is not successfull please also try with a USB-A/USB-A cable to the Black USB port

I got a message that you quoted me, but I can see nothing. In case the spam bot blocked your post it is better to write a new one and not to wait for the approval of the old one !!!!!
With the otg only? i only tested 1 cable on otg port but since computer reconized the board i thought that is not cable fault. I have more cables that I can use to test on otg port!

I allready try the roms with otg port normal port and still no luck
By the above you mean that you tried Both the otg port AND the black USB port? Correct?
Let me also tell you that according to my information there may be boxes like yours (H9 X3) that have 2G rom while they are advertised as 4G !!!! There are even some which have 1G instead of 4G !!!! These peculiarities may explain why for some people with the same box as yours one method works and for others not.
The 1st rom I gave you is if you have 2G and the 2nd is if you have 1G.
Inside the log you send there is a line "low power". A message like that may be when your cable is too long (the best could be something like 10-20 cm) or not enough power from the PC/laptop port etc. In such a case you may try another PC USB port and also to connect the Power adapter immediately when burning starts.
