Very excited to see this topic!
Are the apps from Play Store for Android TV or for Android?
As I understand, there are different versions of apps

[ROM] Beelink GT1 Mini OREO SCV3-ATV ( AndroidTV 8.1 - S905x2 )
Hi there guys and girls, one more rom/fw for you all!
Many thks to Beelink for sending me the device to play, and also gearbest since they also send me one!
Many Thks to my beta tester trebor .
READ THE BUGS SECTION FOR UNNECESSARY QUESTIONS!!!!
ON FIRST BOOT AFTER YOU LOGIN PLS LET THE BOX IDLE FOR A FEW MINUTES SO IT UPDATED ALL THE SYSTEM APPS FROM STORE.... OR JUST GO TO PLAYSTORE AND SEE IT UPDATING....
READ THE INSTALL SECTION......
Changelog SCV3:- Updated to 115N0 ( not much diference from 114N0 )
- Fixed TWRP USB2 port usage!
- Added back white settings, because looks like some like it....
- Updated all google stuff.
- Updated setup, you guys can enable "Ok google" now on it, it also can be enabled/disabled it in settings (google icon)!
- Updated Launcher with Playstore and App drawer already in favorites ( Main Screen )
- A try to disable for good HDMI CEC since is not working ok, to see if it fixes the problems that some have with it! (tell me how it works...)
- Enabled Amlogic H264 2k / 4k HW playback ( ye it was disabled... )
- Removed vudu and Cbs...
- Leaved RedBull TV but made it uninstallable.
- A few other minor tweaks.
- Same as SCV2...
Changelog SCV2:- Updated to 114N0
- Added TWRP 3.2.3 (See bugs section)
- Changed default Webview from AOSP to Google Webview
- Removed Root, if you want root back just flash the latest Magisk, use "Backup&Restore" app.
- Removed sideloadlauncher and added App Drawer
- Removed Chrome and added PuffinTV_Browser ( Only on Clean installs or Factory Reset )
- Cleaned some stuff.
- Did OTA zip, this zip can be used to flash over the stock one but DONT FORGET TO TICK BOTH WIPE in "Backup&Restore" app.
- The OTA zip can also be used to update from SCV1 to SCV2 without losing your stuff, so it means no need to tick wipe in "Backup&Restore" app.
Bugs SCV2:- USB2 Port in TWRP do not work, use USB3 port. or sdcard..
- CEC dont work, and i dont think it ever will in this 1? hw revision...
- Dont use internal video players to play video files... Use Kodi 18... or others...
- Some more i know and others i bet i dont know!
Changelog SCV1:- Based 112N0
- As close to default Oreo Android TV as possible
- White settings striped so don't look for it...
- Fixed a few stuff... already reported to beelink...
Bugs SCV1:- CEC dont work.
- Dont use internal video players to play video files... Use Kodi 18... or others...
- Some more i know and others i bet i dont know!
Want to buy me a beer?
Download:- DOWNLOAD HERE THE SCV3-ATV IMG for Beelink GT1 Mini.
- MD5: E1E603023EB843493D34598AC0B82845
Install instructions:- Use USB Burning tool 2.1.6.8 DONT USE OLDER ONES....
- This boxes are very picky when it comes to flashing, so use a quality usb cable.
- Also connect the power supply when you are flashing.
- Normally on my box the first 2 flashes go bad... dont worry the box wont brick because of it, it wont boot until you flash it fully but it always enters in flash mode...
- Just try and try and try until you get a good flash.
- I recommend you guys press start in the flash tool and then connect the box...
- Be persuasive ....
Where to buy:
1? BOOT MAY TAKE AROUND 6 MINUTES!
THIS ROM DELETES ALL YOUR DATA SO DO A BACKUP!
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Enjoy it!Last edited by superceleron; 06-18-2019, 18:13.Tags: None
