have you tried connecting the power adapter when loading starts

Hello everybody. I`m looking for firmware of HK1 Plus 2/16: from MENU u211-user 8.1.0 OPM1.171019.011 20190328
or from Android recovery: Amlogic/u218/u218 8.1.0/OPM1.171019/20190328.

Both of them are based on Vortex v. 2.3.0 firmware and both are for 2G RAM. There are also versions for 4G RAM if anybody needs them.

Hamvy76 I suppose you have 2G RAM (and not 4G), correct?
There is another previous version (Vortex v1.1) https://yadi.sk/d/vJMXxhJkSs1hXA but I don't know if this will do the difference.
- Maybe you have another ram type (I think it is made for LPDDR4) ?
