how do i disable auto standby?

i cant find hdmi cec-option,
and when i turn off tv - gt1 directly go to standby mode,
how can i keep it up all the time?

Enable developer options :

Tap Build number seven times. ...

Go back to Settings, where you'll find a Developer options entry in the menu.
