Today thanks to Gearbest we can have a look at the Android 9 version of the KM9 this one has No voice remote included and a inners have a slight difference:
Was going to post in other thread but a few this different so worth a look on its own:

Let's see what we have to offer with the Slightly Different hardware wise

Well First thing I will say off the top it needs a good custom rom:

To continue:
Switch on all Connection to Google etc same Both WiFi and ethernet Speeds Ok
Remote is Ok, had some trouble with the K400 logitech would not Type then lost the plot.
Batteries ok reciever ok, tested other box fine, then came good, unplug replug came good.

Playstore Lots of apps not compatible, I guessing that's Permissions and an Android 9 thing.

At Present not a lot to show and tell, even from Aptoide apps not available, have not looked further as yet
Got Into Youtube for a few hours with Music Video etc all played well 4k, 1080 and still going

This Android 9 version certainly Zippy a Nice feel, Meccol launcher Hmmm
Just weird stuff with apps etc, have to wait for a few updates I guess for it to become a more friendly, if Android 9 will let it all happen
Or a good custom Rom

I found by default external USB type Keyboard would not work with Enter and does not show virtual Keyboard (normal sorta) but if Enter don't work
When first logging in use remote to connect wifi it shows Virtual Keyboard

Buried deep within the OS you can enable Virtual Keyboard if required then you can move with remote or cursor along to Enter. (ATV thing I recall)











Must be one of these A9 things we have to look forward to, or this crazy UI, part Normal part ATV
