I have also modified my T95Q box, it ran way too hot stock, reaching temps around 80 Celsius+ under load, although the high heat didn't seem to have any effect on the way it performed i had some heat sinks lying around + good thermal paste so thought i would spend 20 minutes doing a quick cooling mod. I also removed the plastic ring holding the LED strip as the poster above did, i also used a large PC heat sink but had to cut a piece of aluminium plate to sit on top of chip then place heatsink on that to raise heatsink above other components on board, i also drilled a lot of holes in bottom so air flows nicely through the box and also placed small heat sinks on all other chips inside. It now runs way cooler, under lead it sits around 55 Celsius. I ran Antutu benchmark before cooling mod which was around 56,000...after cooling 69,000.
