How to learn DDR type for android device?

Hi i have bought s905x3 tv box. Seller said ddr4 at first , after shipping he said sorry it is ddr3. I have recieved the tv box and asked the seller how much he will pay back and he wants proof. How can i learn the ddr ram type via a app or do i have to open the box and take photo?

better to open up and read the Numbers from Chip but this will loose warranty , mostly ,

but i think you only get some Euro/Dollar for it ,

There is no warranty aldready coz i am from Turkey and seller is from China I cant send it back for warranty coz it costs alot.
So u say it is not possible to read the ram type by a application ?

From Apk pure try Ram Truth or CpU Z..
APK Files or Apk Mirror may have versions also

Take it apart also if there is no warranty
Take some pics of the board you may brick the device and nead to J-tag back to life
