Mecool KM1 Freezing and reboots

Someone has a freezing issue I received the product today Mecool KM1 Collective Edition and after one movie in 4k or 1080 no matter what it is, the device doesn't tackle with the movie and when I back to the home screen and tried to do something after a few minutes the device not work not response (I played it on Kod 17.6 with Real Dabrid), after 2 hours movie when the box gets worm the box do the freezing and reboot himself
also, some of the 4k videos very are laggy compere even to my Xiaomi mi box s or my Nvidia shield

I have not had a single problem with my KM1, it runs 24/7 that has never stopped.

Do you think mine defective?

do you work with Kodi 17.6? and torrents and you don't have problems?

I can say I update to 18.6 and the movies run much better but there are audio cuts I tired 60-50 GB files

Kodi 17.6 works very bad with s905x3 maybe that makes the CPU overheats and the box reboots that possible? the reboots were after use the Kodi 17.6 when I finished the movie that work.
