First thanks for the ROM.

However, I installed but Bluetooth doesn't work. Any ideas on what to do for it to start again?

Steps:

Factory reset old ROM;
reboot into TWRP;
Install new ROM;
Install patch for box;
Wipe cache;
Reboot;

I have the stock ROM for my tv box, I have used the Customization Tool to extract the system.PARTITION and vendor.PARTITION files. I am just looking for a bit of guidance on how to create a working "vendor" patch from my devices ROM (Bqeel Y8 Max). I see the files within the vendor partition, and the files within the system partition.

Hey, guys. I was able to solve the situation and get a stable ROM with everything (including Bluetooth working). After installing SLIMBOX AOSP ver 4.1 and installing vendor X96MAX.
That's it , Bluetooth working!

So these were the steps:
Factory reset old ROM;
reboot into TWRP;
Install new ROM ; (SLIMBOX-X3-system-AOSP-ver4.1)
Install patch for your box, (my case SLIMBOX-X3-vendor-X96Max-Plus2)
Wipe Cache/date
Done

Requesting someone to kindly provide Magisk Recovery Patch for X96 Max Plus android box that has Slimbox firmware AOSP version.

Research and Search the forum about installing Magisk to 'Recovery partition' for Amlogic devices, also read Magisk XDA page and help page -- You will need working TWRP and latest Magisk.apk then create a Recovery.img that is patched for Magisk. Reboot to TWRP(best is TWRP mounted SDcard) > Install Magisk.zip > due twice just to make sure it installs with no errors > Flash Patch-Recovery.img > Reboot > Reboot Recovery to load Magisk-SU controlled device.

Do plenty of research, if you do not understand the process DO NOT PROCEED with install, this is an advanced process, when done incorrectly you will lose Root or Brick your device.

I believe the latest working TWRP for Android 9 found on this forum was version 3.3.1

I installed the ATV version, but followed the exact same steps, and bluetooth / wifi are not working for me. Bqeel Y8 Max.
