Ugoos AM7 will be a new model.

Among the details we can share now are:

• Brand new wireless chipset with WIFI 6 MIMO support and Bluetooth version 5

In order to perform high-level wireless connection we going to use dual antenna schema for better MIMO technology coverage as we did with Ugoos AM6.

• USB Type C OTG Port on board with USB 3.0

Different ports versions make double abilities to connect and use a wider row of peripheral devices

• 4GB DDR4 and 32 GB EMMC

First devices on the market will be available with high quality RAM modules 4GB DDR4 and 32 GB EMMC.

Normally they have an option, and not every one needs a rooted unit fully just deepens on the users needs

One of the nicer S905X4 boxes being presented.

WiFi 6 and BT 5 are nice modern touches, as is finally seeing more USB ports on such a box.

5v/3a should hopefully be sufficient to load up the ports without it falling over.

Ugoos has a tendency to produce better quality firmware these days.

But I think that it will be expensive, with many holding onto their wallets/purses to see what the S908X can do, whenever it is finally slated for release.

What more does it bring that can justify this very expensive price for the S905X4, roughly similar to that of an AM6 Plus? Does it have something that justifies putting the price in this one compared to the AM6 Plus?

When it is sold on European sites, with European taxes, the price will be between that of the Shield 2019 and that of the Shield 2019 Pro.

An Aliexpress store has a presale for around £103 and when you add delivery and import charges then yes, it will be more than the basic Shield and close to the Shield Pro at it's current sell off price before the new model is released later this year.

It is priced correctly, if you haven't heard INFLATION is affecting most tech sectors currently, but for those customers that want an AOSP box that is more Open then AndroidTV this will be the box to get over the holiday season. I fully expect the box to be discounted 20-25% off during End-of-Year/Holiday sales. Don't forget Ugoos has always viewed themselves as "Premium" - "High-End" brand.

Thanks UGOOS for a Look see at the NEW Ugoos AM7:

Well its on, its running, its had an update already and its rather zippy and great I find, smooth as silk.
Can tell pretty easy I find when doing screen screen captures it just flies thru them a sign of good ram and speed.

Logged into Google all good and easy, update a few apps very quickly but that is the norm these days.

This is going to be a fun little unit I feel, very much fun
