    power supply with X96S

Hello everyone, I ave buy the android stick X96S, and I wonder :

    My Sony TV has :

    2 USB2 port = 5V / 500mA
    1 USB3 port = 5V / 900mA

    stick android X96S :

    1 USB3 port = 5V / 2A
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    - My question is, if I can feed the (stick android X96S) via USB TV ?

A person told me, that it could break the TV, is it true ?

    - Or, I have to feed the (stick android X96S) via a socket (240V / 230V) apart ?

Thank you in advance for all answers.

    I would advice against it..
It would proberly not break your tv..
but proberly trip the usb controller ( overheats and dies.. aka no more usb on your tv )

    other things that can happen..
X96S bootlooping because of lack of power ( amp )
    or
X96S not running stable.. because of lack of power
    or
buzzing sound from the speaker.. electric noice traveling from tv over usb

    Cheers

thank you so much mitchell4you for answering me.

It's true that today's,stick key android, are more powerful.

Before that was useful, to make a smart TV.

I will not take the risk, and I follow your advice.
