I have found read and write speeds to be pretty much the same.

There is no OTA update yet and no stock firmware available either at the moment.

No, they are both 64 bit SOC's but both also run 32 bit Android.

Nothing at the moment and not even a firmware available to flash or mod.

The S92 currently has better support in the form of Superceleron's custom firmware.

Do you have applications in mind that will specifically benefit from 3Gb RAM?

My usage will only be:YouTube, terrarium tv, kodi, Iptv stream with m3u8 links.
Yet I don't want my box to lag out when using it.
If I'm allready buying one let it be as good as it can come

2Gb RAM will be fine for those uses.

                        OK sounds good.
Seems the s92 is good enough.
Also I have no plan for 4k, only 1080p.
So the s92 box seems the best out there for the price.
Minix neo u1 is quite expensive.

Now that there is a stock firmware available, I tried to do some modding but am unable to flash.

The OTG port is completely unresponsive but it didn't work when I tried to use a USB flash drive in the port.

So I am wondering whether I have a faulty port, so if somebody who has one of these can test the port in Android to see if it works for you then that should confirm whether it is simply not supported in the firmware or is faulty on my unit.
