Upgrading from Superceleron V2 to V3

    Hi all

    I need some ore help.

Im trying to flash my H96 pro via usb cable. (Male to Male usb plugged into usb port closest to power supply as advised)

When I reset the unit by holding in the reset button the unit boots i hear it connect to my pc then immediately disconnects and loads the TWRP menu.

How do I get it to stay connected to my pc so I can flash the new rom?

    Thanks in advance.

It sounds as if you might be holding the reset button in for too long.

You can also press start (usb tool after loading Rom) then connect box
I find works here, soon as connects it starts the burn.

If i just press the reset button it reboots the OS normally, if i hold it in then I boot to TWRP recovery. In both cases I hear the usb device connecting to my pc then disconnecting

But the time that you hold the reset button in can determine whether you go to the bootloader or recovery.

Recovery tends to be when you hold it in for more than about 3 seconds.

This is the tool that you need for use with the cable.

Did the trick. USB driver for the male 2 male usb cable included in the usb tool package - this is what was missing!

Have now successfully flashed via cable and fully restored all apps!

                  Thanks all
