Yes been awhile since we have had a good STICK...may create a bit of a stir, I see no mention of a remote (normal)
Fun to control behind the telly..
One of those BT remotes (Mi remotes) can be found for a couple of bucks if you look around.

" The remote control is powered by 2 x AAA batteries ( not included )". But I'm still doubtful about remote, no show in package contents list.

I have Jumped onto this quickly as its been a while since i have had a good fiddle with a Dongle type TV Media player

This is not to bad at all, typical H96Pro Rom 2/8 GB
Running Android 7.1.1 64bit has root with no SU, upper and lower task bars
Thats a good start out of the Box.

So far with its Stock Rom out of the box is doing well as you will see in some benchmarks soon.

Unit has No remote, you will need some form of a Keyboard Mouse, be it Dongle or BT type.
No Ethernet and the 2.4GHz WiFi it performing well.

Temps So far Idle Mid 40C, max seen when testing up in 60c under the pump,
As seen Heat sink in pretty ordinary and held on with DS thermal tape so room for improvement.

Unit is Supplied with a 2amp 5v Power pack fed to Stick by USB A to Micro cable.

As mentioned Chugging along well, very well for what it is.
Has a version of KDMC (kodi) that wont last long and will install FTMC

Fired up Netflix for a quick look we know there is no HD 4k etc, but looking ok for what it has.

Post the results of Info and test soon...

Dont think you could go to wrong with one of these little suckers.

I myself would not leave it behind a TV or Power from TV USB port unless 1.5 ~ 2Amps
I think it could cause all sorts of Drama with Wifi, keyboard and Heat tucked away,
                TF card, USB drive's etc

Small Female to Female HDMI adapter and place some place out of the way and easy to get to easy

On a PC monitor Close to your sitting location etc would be ok me thinks
For Advertising and running continuous Loop Media etc Ideal Small compact Just beef up the heat sink a bit.

Nice Little unit Unit Works Pretty well. and for the price a bit of power under the hood.

                Another Quick Test
With YT playing 1080 and Hooked into BT Speaker all good.

Anybody managed to find the display settings for this stick? I would like to alter the screen size as you can with most android boxes but there does not seem to be a suitable obvious display option which is very strange. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Whisper tells me there maybe a custom rom
not 100% confirmed as yet may take awhile

I bought one of these for my Dad, and he is having issues waking the device from standby. He is using a 2.4ghz wireless USB remote/keyboard and no matter which buttons he uses, it will not wake up if it has gone into standby/shutdown mode. Any ideas? Does this auto shutdown after a certain amount of time or can it stay in standby mode indefinitely?
