Tanix TX9 Pro S912 only works if no power and USB is connected to a Laptop
Hi,
My Tanix TX9 Pro S912 stopped working; the logo glows but nothing on the front screen. I've tried resetting and reloading the firmware, still doesn't work.
The machine will only work if the power is disconnected/turned-off and instead connected to my laptop via USB. As soon as I plug the power back in, it stops.
Does anyone else have a similar problem and can assist?
