What is going on with my H96 Pro+ TV Box

When I connect the box with a male to male cable with the computer, the blue LED flashes. If I connect the device directly to the power adapter no light, nothing. I have tried several power supplies from other tv boxes without luck.

Did this result from a firmware flash gone wrong?

Does Amlogic Burn Tool detect your China Box?

Did your have a power outage/ brown-outs/lightning ⚡ in the recent past(weeks)?

Check the polarity symbol on your power adapter,


(the polarity of some power adapters are reversed...so you would not get your China Box to turn on with these. Unless you chop and reverse the cables.)

Check the Amps(2.5-3)..too little and no boot-up.
Check the voltage (max 5V.)

No power outage, no lightning, nothing. From one day to the next it went broken. I never flashed this box. I have tested several power supplies that work on other TV boxes, but this box just does not want to work anymore.

Option 1: Does it have a warranty (Amazon, Gearbest)?
Option 2: Try to flash with original(compatible >> LP vs Non LP memory) firmware. If you can get Amlogic Burn Tool to detect the China Box it may not be a lost cause...
