Help problem wifi/bt kiii pro

Hi all
plz i need help for a unactivated wifi and bt in same time
i have new kiii pro with last firmware
in second day of use ,,,wifi and bt are unactivated in same time
mac 2:0:0:0xxxxxx
i try with reset the box But nothing is work
i try to install neutrino 6,,,,but the same problem
only the lan card it s ok
