    Bricked H96 Pro+ (CZ-S32-v6.1)

    Hello everybody,
    I'm trying to revive a friend's H96 Pro+ which has gone awry.

It has a black board marked S32-V6.1 (LPDDR3) 2018 08 30 , and has a label saying CZ-S32-V6.1 3 16 9377 , but I don't seem to find a rom image of any sort that is correctly written to it.

I've managed to make it connect correctly via usb to the amlogic burning tool, but every rom img I try to flash gives me the error:

    [0x30201004]UBOOT/Disk initialize/Send command/Error result

At 7% of burning, and the last messages that I see appearing are:

    download meson1
    formatting

    and then the error.

Anybody can give me some hint on what to do now?
I've already tried giving power to the board by power adapter after booting with usb power, thinking that usb power from my laptop could be low, but this changed nothing.

Try plugging in the power supply right after you press the "start" button
I also had some problems reflashing mine. In my case that was the problem, not enough power coming in from the USB port.

    I hope it helps

    Cheers

Sorry guys, as I've already written in the first post, after connecting the USB while keeping pressed the reset button, I already did insert the power adaptor before pressing start.

This would always result in the very same error...

I wrote insert power after you press start.
I say this because my box would reboot if I insert power before flashing.

Tried exactly as you said: load burning tool, choose image, keep reset button pressed and connect usb, burning tool says connected, press start and immediately connect power, then...

              Same error at 7%: [0x32030201]Uboot/Get result/DiskInitial error

                Ok.
You wrote "before" so I was wondering if you switched the order.

What about flashing it with the "Burn card maker"
                Have you tried?
                Version 2.0.2 or 2.0.3
