YOKA KB2 Pro Folder APK

I have a YOKA KB2 Pro with Android 7.1
I am after an APK that will make Folders that I can put onto the Home Screen
For example make a Folder Called CatchUp TV and in there I can have CatchUp TV Apk's ect
Or If this is not Possible a new type of Launcher that can be Customised to suit the above
