As you may have noticed, CEC is pretty much broken almost all Amlogic S910 boards. This is because of bugs within uboot causing standby/shutdown mode to "crash" CEC.
This essentially means that when the Android Box is in Shutdown / Standby mode, it will freeze all CEC so that HDMI ARC or CEC Remote Commands no longer work for any device.
Only way to restore / fix CEC for all devices is to disconnect the power to the Android Box or remove the HDMI cable from the android box. Or to waste power, and leave the android box on all the time.
There is a fix that I found but i am unsure which config / board we should use to build the "custom" uboot.

Any ideas how we can adapt or choose the right config to build the custom uboot to fix this issue?
