Amazon prime video on M8S Pro L

Hello,
I'm having some difficulties to use amazon prime video on my M8S pro L.
all the apk i tried have the same problem.
Install goes fine, but everytime i try to watch something i get an error message telling me to go check amazon.com/videohelp .

anybody have the same issue ?
