Rom needed for T9 4g 64g 8.1 sold by Vontar store

The box has great specs. I have read that it doesn't play 4K as claimed and my box wouldn't play movies or trailers on Amazon Prime with the Vontar T9 8.1 4g 64g build.
So in trying to get that working, using Clockwork Rom app, the device appears to have the boot loader corrupted.
It keeps boot loader looping from "try again" option back to same BL option.

The same result when. I reset with reset pin in AV Jack.

So it looks like I may have to USB flash rom.

Does anyone have the original rom or a improved one?
I could probably use the proper flashing tools too.

Iv just had the 4/32GB T9 delivered today only tested a few things so far.

Amazon Prime video don't seem to load

Uninstalled kodi 18 beta for a more stable 17.6
