The main difference is the Wifi chip
LQ has a modul with Qualcomm QCA9377
LB has a Broadcom chip modul

I just put this, version with voice control and bt but doesnt work, and stays with that old skin

Did you watch the update process carefully?

Best way is:
- insert card or USB stick with ota update
- entry the recovery mode (hit the menu key during power on multiple times)
- select update/upgrade from ext ( I'm not sure, how it's written exactly)
- navigate to the card or stick
- select the ota uprade zip
- watch the response carfully
-- the updater will check the version and checksums of the ota update

Just use one the custom ROMs by Magendanz, does great work on the ROMs to get the best experience from these Mecool boxes; all the ROMs are in Sticky posts in this same Forum thread.
