Tanix TX9 pro 7.1 firmware 4K problem

Hi
I have TX9 pro that has a weird problem with 4K
I use this through a 4K switch (HDMI 2.0) and the splash screen displays then nothing shows
If I Plug it directly into the HDMI 2.0 port it works ok but I need to plug into thw switch

All other devices work ok through the switch as well another android box works fine
Only problem is this box

Is there anything that can be done to fix this
such as editing a conf file in the andoid firmware

If anyone has any contacts with Tanix please can this be forwarded to them and ask them to fix it
I have contacted them but they do not reply

Please can some one help me fix this

Try some different or shorter cables. I had an xtra long cable on a switch and it was artifacting
