Z69 Mini 2/16gb.. is it dead?

    Hi Guys

Bought this box some time in Mac this year. Last month, when i power up, the box just did't want to boot. I've tried by changing hdmi and other same voltage adapter from my neighbor's box to no avail.

There's no pin hole to be found on this box, hence unable to hard reset etc

Any other adv what i should be looking at?

In the meantime, i'm trying to get warranty claim from GB

you have to connect those two holes, in red circle, (see picture) to reset, I have soldered two pins in that holes an use a jumper wire to reset

So i just use a short wire connect those 2 holes and switch ON the power to the box, that's all?

Hope it will not blow off the power circuit of the house

Thank you mate! you've been patience and helpful regardless if i can revive this box. On last question, does your box auto boot up when you switch ON the power or you'll still need the remote to turn ON to boot up?

If doesn't work that way then you should try to short two pins on PCB with a screw driver or something from metal, see picture...

Try flashing again using an different USB port (don't use USB 3) and if it fails again attach a print screen with the error.
