It is impossible to flash A95X A1 S912 2/16G

Please help!!!Bought a box of A95X A1 S912 2/16. I wanted to make a backup, but it turned out that the built-in update&backup app (to install twrp )is missing. I installed the official twrp app and flashed TWRP. As a result, twrp was not flashed, and the native recovery was erased.I decided to flash the device via USB
,but no firmware is put (none at all).Issues this error on any firmware:0x10103005 romcode initialize ddr download buffer read item data failed. Can anyone faced with this board? please help me.
