Hi there guys and girls, one more rom/fw for you all!
Many thks to gearbest for sending me the device to play
Must of the changes where under the hood

I REALLY RECOMMEND ADDING A HEATSINK TO THE CPU!!!

READ THE BUGS SECTION FOR UNNECESSARY QUESTIONS!!!!

THIS ROM CAN ALSO BE USED ON NON-VTV Versions.

• 55% based on stock
• Big optimization, is really fast now and i mean fast... you will see it!
• Navigation should be smooth as silk and fast.
• New Boot Logo, many thks to danielelek90 for the great work
• Fixed passthrough in Kodi 17, SPMC 17, FTMC 17, maybe others... (DTS, DTS-HD etc...)
• Double press home button brings the app switch(app kill) use the del button on VTV remote to close open apps.

Bugs V1:

• In youtube app when you search if it ask to access you microphone deny it or else it will crash.
• No TWRP for now, im having some weird issues with it... so that is going to take more time... sorry no Magisk install of course because of that
• The DTV app Icon is to dark on WebOS, they need to make a new DTV icon...
• Possible a lot more!

Hello superceleron ,

I installed SCV1 VTV ("Normal" Version) ROM into my Khadas Vim 2 Max.
ROM is fast and works quite well, but I have one issue related to Hotspot (Wifi Access Point).

I found that I can't use 5 Ghz or Automatic Hotspot band.
There is only 2.4 Ghz Hotspot band option.
How I can enable 5 Ghz or Automatic band Hotspot on this ROM?

Also I noticed, that 2.4 Ghz Hotspot somehow automatically disables when it is not used for a long time (for example: Hotspot was enabled and left to work during a night without using it).
Why it could happen?
Wifi connection was disabled, Ethernet connection was enabled.

I found that there is Wifi Hotspot option with WLAN/RSDB, but when it is enabled, no Wifi Access Point can't be found by other devices (smartphone, laptop, etc.)
Why it is not working?
