help m9s pro box android

good evening, i'm a new user i want to compliment the forum, i don't know if this is the right section, i have an android box model m9s pro leelbox 2gb ram and 16 hdd, i have a problem, the box is left in recovery mode but it does not make me update the firmware from the sd card, I connected the box to the pc using the usb burning tool, the device is recognized correctly but when I start the flash it gives me the following error with a bit of fw found on the network: [0x10102002] Romcode could you kindly help me find the real firmware and understand where the error is, if it can be of help on the motherboard it says m8s s912 v 1.0
