tried to flash 7.1 to h96 pro + about 2 sec in and nothen... just blue lights on. Tried usb recovery, no response , the flash same result. tried shorting the pins and no go. wondering if there is other points to force a reset or if something else can be done to break the loop

So i had a usb cable problem, now usb burning tool see it but fails at 1% ... get key failed
No sure where to go from here -
Got it flashed after messing with license in USB burn tool, now stuck at boot logo
