Just enable the passthrough settings you need in Kodi - System - Audio

I have two pieces of news. The good and the bad. Good. In systems Armbian (20191217) and Libreelec (20191216) c core 5.5 earned WiFi on AM6. Bad. In the course of trying to upgrade to the new firmware 0.2.5, I partially killed my AM6 (HDMI stopped working). And now I won't be able to test new images that use a monitor or TV. But fortunately, everything else works (wired network, all cores, etc.) and now my AM6 has turned into a headless server for building different systems via SSH. I did not have time to fully test the WiFi work on AM6, so please the owners of AM6 to check the WiFi work and write the results.

You again "forgot" to warn users about the problems that they will get when at least once, run this system.

Concerning the link posted, the X99 brand is just another brand with no support, and looking at the spec sheet it looks like clone of theother S922X device the X88_King, which users have already reported a load of problems for those devices.

                imho... Ditto.
I haven't heard of an 'x88', but thought X99 (wtf Logo?) was at least a known source.
Quizzing to see if one of the sad- might have a "happy" accident?

For similar monies, it's a risky move, against the present comparables.

                  Still advise this process.
I think I can get the advanced settings right this time...I Hopeâ„¢
Should I expect to possi-prolly doing several attempts... to succeed.

Magisk is quite easy to get working.
There is going to be a new update v0.2.6 next week, can't wait.
I'm not sure what they will include but it will be interesting.

mo123 What's your advice on Vance YT?
                  IS it still down?
What (blk) version do you suggest?
Normally I just install microG, then Vance... No istaller, etc.
So what install process (magisk, etc?) do you suggest for the am6pro?
                  ~Danke
                  ??????.......... ........ .........
So, magisk loaded fine first try.
Do I keep it in "hide" mide?
Also, used magisk Vance repo, that install went fine too...
But, I don't see the Vance app icon.
                  ~ yur thoughts?

Vanced YT works great but you need an airmouse.
Personally, I would use SmartYoutube since it just displays less bloat on a tv screen, no comments and no video windows you need to maximize.
SmartYoutubeTV can work with an ir remote and has the AndroidTV layout.
Both apps work well, just different layouts.

trebor I Wanted to acknowledge any/ all efforts that you may have taken to nudge the gearbests' support team.
Tho the am6pro was sheduled to arrive 'sometime' in the future...

IT was hand-delivered on Christmas eve, coming by way of Rome, from Dubai, AE.

                      TROUBLED Times:
                      Am6pro, NO-rooted switched on.
                      Magisk & TWRP working well.

Titanium bkUp now sees/ aquires no rt permissions.
This has happened to prior boxes in similarly formatted.
~I DON'T REMEMBER THE FIX, or been able to source one XDA.

                      Same, Same with VANCED YT.
                      v14.xx.xx, black root.
                      with or without installer,
~ via with/without app installer, magisk, or twrp.

** What's the operator error apparent here?

                      I get this from twrp:
"Apk located, place this in zip or list location in bla, bla....
I openen zip set apk, compressed... and still gets failed.

** Could this All be a result of Ugoos root switch in off position?
Can magisk and Ssu co-exist with root ticked on?
Those that know, please step up?

??????... And this root issue is what's offending Titanium's requirements?
you have a fix for that?
What about hiding magisk from detection?
root switch Still cannot be used in the "on" position?
Ssu cannot be stripped from the SW?

Is this going to be an either /or situation, regard some app requiring root?
??????... Root is being reported by root cker, shows Ssu present, and (i think) magisk as mgr.
                      frikn confusion

Use magisk or root switch, your options.
                        to much Root is bad

You can hide Magisk by using this module.
It will hide all instances of root from the system.
Su binary doesn't need to be removed.
Those root checker apps don't work correctly 90% of the time.
MagiskHide Props Config v6.1.2 Note: This project is dead, and has been for some time. I have not been involved in the Android modding scene for some time and I no longer have the energy to take it up again. If anyone feels like taking over...

Configure it to eg. emulate your devices as a Xiaomi Mi box, Android 8/9.

Make device Google Certified to fix some streaming apps to work.
                      Inside Magisk Manager
Go to Downloads and install MagiskHideProps.
                      Restart
Now from a terminal app(https://apkpure.com/terminal-emulato...al.androidterm) type
                      props and press enter
Press 1 to change the fingerprint
Press f to pick a fingerprint
Pick one with Android 8 or 9 like Mecool or Xiaomi then press 1 then 2 again.
Press y to accept then y again to reboot.
Go back into props and select Simulate device then press s and y to restart.

I'm going to try it! First time going to thoroughly digest it though, LOL! I had already downloaded the props module. I'll throw up The Root Checker I'm using. I think it's accurate most of the time but I catch your drift. Plus I'm running BusyBox Pro, by Sterion'- I like his app work.

but what I am trying to get to, is a very leaned down, yet fully functioning and adaptable stock ROM.
??????... So if I could get titanium going, I suppose I'd freeze most of my purchased system apps. Though some of them I think, have a very small footprint, and store very little data.
But I get the feeling that each one of them in total, complicates the chip processing ... becoming more of a drag than a benefit to the system.
~ any takers on that subject?
I kind of wish somebody, (hint hint) would develop an oem based firmware that was stripped of all, all the b******* goop.
                        - But, really lends itself to the kind of apps and ops, most of us undertake in the Dark World of stb's
** A minor for instance - there is considerable files left on these related to phone usage, I believe, really? Why?
