Interesting facts:
The cores run @1.7, bellow of the Ugoos AM6 Pro and GT-King rev.B, 1.8Ghz
~92000 points in multicore benchmark is once again bellow the 94/97.000 achieved by the AM6 and King B.
HDCP 1.X, not 2.2.

Maybe it's still an engineering sample.

Thanks for all the info! Does someone knows if this box will be able to play dual layer dolby vision files and HD audio like Dolby TrueHD/Atmos?

Interesting that it has PlayReady DRM.
That will allow HD Amazon Prime Video.
But unfortunately they decided to license it for tablet firmware which is useless as you need AndroidTV firmware to play HD Amazon Prime Video.
Widevine L1 would also have been useful for Netflix but Netflix shut down all the loopholes with patched HD apps.
Dolby Vision is a plus, but how many people are going to download 100GB+ content to watch while they could have used legal paid streaming apps if they had support.
Kodi also only supports single layer Dolby Vision so dual layer Dolby Vision won't work unless there is some special app in future that can do it, but it would need to bypass DV methods which would be illegal.
The Amazon Cube is $50 cheaper and supports 4K Netflix, Amazon Prime Video & Disney+ with Dolby Vision.

But the build quality seems very good compared to other devices.
Minix will also do quite a lot of firmware updates.
But they never support a higher Android version for their devices, so you will stay on Android 9 forever, just keep in mind.
Dolby True-HD passthrough sound I think will definitely work.

There is also going to be a Dolby Vision S922J device from Ugoos in Q1, so maybe wait and see what the price difference will be.
