                Hello,
You'll need a double sided M-M Type-A USB Cable in order to flash the box.
                Thank you,

                Alvatech

I found out that the back of my pc has a usb type c port, so can I connect between the box and the pc via a USB type A to usb type c cable?

                    Hello,
I have never flashed a box through a USB-C Port before so I couldn't answer that question. I would say it should work, but I can't be for sure.
                    Thank you,

                    Alvatech

Is not !! Do not use type c to type A cables
The connection will fail while flashing ROM, as a result, you will not be able to boot the box

I had to buy a male to male usb cable to try again

                            Hello,
Like I had mentioned in a previous post I wasn't sure. But it looks like user changwp has used it successfully for his/her box.
                            Thank you,

Are you planning to update the new rom? Beelink has released a new firmware that supports additional system switches (press and hold the power button on the remote control, system switching options will appear)

                                Hello,
From what I gathered it's only for one type of box with a specific serial number and it's for people who want CoreElec and Android OS (Dual Boot). I haven't had time to look into it since I've been working on some other things at the moment. I will have a look later and see what it's about. Also I'm waiting for another box to come in.
                                Thank you,

                                Alvatech
