4 Possibilities.
Get a VPN that can work.
Get past the login screen from being in a different country.
Install a different fimware, non Android-TV one or
modify the AndroidTV firmware and remove the SetupWriath app in system/priv-apps and make your device Provisioned so the home button can work.

The 4th one seems most plausible... But i still dont know how id do it...
