high CPU usage Beelink AZW Gemini M

Beelink Gemini M seems to be manufactured by AZW.

My issue

1. system and system interrupts keeps eating CPU.

resulting in:

1. Core 0 always 100%
2. CPU wont idle/throttle down
3. lower performance and high heat

What i Have tried:
1. clean install windows
2. fully update windows
3. update all drivers

device details:
Beelink Gemni M 128GB
AZW M41N105 (bios)
Celeron J4125

as you can see, it have lower score than most other AZW Gemini M like this one https://browser.geekbench.com/v5/cpu/4150408

I can't post on beelink forum because i never receive the registration email.

First I would check what app are started on boot.. look at windows logs.. is windows update busy?
- what does Task manager indicating? .. Are all drivers installed ?
Second disable ''Windows Search Service'' had some issues in the past
-or better use a Service tweaker from ''mydigitallife net'' forum
thirth I would install ''Procces lasso'' with this app you can make rules
-This app may only use 20% cpu usage
- It also shows more info -then task manager
