Qodi wouldn't find add-ons so I installed Kodi which made me uninstall Qodi. Video playback isn't smooth in Kodi (I have MediaCodec enabled). Videos play smoothly in the included Media Center and in Plex.
I tried SPMC but it crashes if I leave amcodec enabled and try to play a video. SPMC also doesn't play videos smoothly (amcodec is disabled).
Should amcodec work in SPMC? I've read it isn't supported in Android 7.
Would Qodi play videos better than Kodi? If so, how do I reinstall Qodi?
