Which GT1 Mini have I got?

Going to do the latest update, but the box serial number starting with 95X2 is LPDDR4 version, and the B95X is DDR4 memory version. My serial number starts with 5x2HCE...……..
Would I have the LPDDR4? I opened it and all it said was version 1.
