    Disconnecting from WIfi randomly

So 2 of my boxes have this issue, where they disconnect from the wifi randomly.
Example. I turn on box, connects to wifi automatically, I start using youtube then video stops, because its disconnected from Wifi (after 2-3 minutes).
So I go back into settings/wifi & reconnect it manually, this time it stays connected for 10 minutes or so then same thing disconnects. Again I have to repeat the same steps to connect it back to the Wifi.

and this goes on daily. sometimes it lasts longer 1-2 hrs.

I've tried doing a wipe/reset on the boxes thinking it would fix the problem but it didnt.

Today I opened one box up and i see its got a CM273SM chipset, I assume that's QCA9377 wifi? and the firmware on the box is 112MO.

any Ideas on what I should do?

    Hello,

There are 2 possibilities you can do.

1: Your Power Source has a Problem and you need a new one with more power.

2: You need a new Firmware for your Box. Could you please tell us what Box you have?

      I have a Mini MXIII-II

I just did a firmware update, seems that theres a 113MO version that for some reason isnt available on the OTA update app.

I'll test it out and see how it goes
