Hi, I need urgent help!

I tried to update my Mini MXIII-II using OTA with the latest version (2017/6/6). When it was done updating, it began to optimize the apps. When it tried to optimize the 7th app, it hung. After a few minutes, I powered off my android box. But when I tried to power it on, I just can't and it won't!! It will not power on! I don't see the blue light even when I repeatedly hook up the power cable!

Please help!!!!!! I love my Beelink!!!
