Yes we always need support with better and updated software
    Cloud may not interest all,
My data My home not someplace else.

Optimised O/S to get maximum features and Performance hardware supplied
Maybe Android 7 would be a good idea
    Thank you

I think that is an interesting idea, but must be secure. If you can add the ability to transcode the media while transferring the information from the cloud to external devices, you would have a winner. Example, I have a BlueRay rip stored on the external USB drive, and I want to watch it on my phone, a thousand miles from home, will your software be able to transcode the m2ts or MKV formats to a mpeg4 with a lowered bit rate, so it can be transferred on a 10 mbps data uplink?

Thank for your Feedback. Yes Android 7 is a very good idea. And it is the tendency for Android Box. SEA1 is no exception.

RTD1295 seems like a very capable SoC. I want to use this box for a 24/7 file & media server (which seems to be capable out of the box), but also add some home automation stuff (ie temperature and energy reading via GPIO that I currently do via a RaspberryPi).
Beelink Do you know if there's any documentation anywhere on RTD1295 GPIO to expand these boxes functionality? (I couldn't find anything around)
          Thanks in advance.
