            Dear Liuyan,

We tried your fix recommendations, but...

            1. The file: "SEAI_102M0_32G_20170322.img" does not open.
            2. These instructions are unclear for us -- "SEA I firmware update step,DHCP key update.pdf"

Why can't we update thru System Settings UPDATE button? When we purchased SEA I from GearBest we were excited and happy about OTA update feature. When clicked it says "Your system is up to date" but it is not.

Is it possible to get a replacement unit that works?

Thank you for your kindness and understanding.

Did anyone manage to connect his Google account in Firmware SEAI_102M0_32G_20170322? I constantly receive a message "There was a problem communicating with Google services". Very annoying. "Retail" unit (no problem with HDCP so far), 32 Gb flash memory.
